Reserving Your Portrait Session

Portrait Consultations Available

Natalie works exclusively on location, at your home or other favorite area within the greater Austin area.  This allows you and your family to relax without fighting traffic, worrying about forgetting something, a child spitting up on the way, or being late.

Natalie's schedule runs approximately 2 weeks out (excluding weddings).  Please call several weeks in advance of your planned session date, as only have a limited number of appointments I accept each week.  Please schedule your appointment with as much notice as possible for best availability.  Payment in full is required to reserve your session.  Please contact Natalie for pricing and availability.

As a mother of five Natalie fully appreciates how important preserving memories can be.  Therefore building a relationship with the families Natalie will be working with is very important.  Whenever possible Natalie would be happy to meet with you for coffee to discuss your plans and to ensure she is prepared to deliver the world class experience you deserve.  Natalie resides west of Austin and would prefer to meet in that area is possible.

...More importantly, it ensures that your portraits are personal to you – including areas and items that are meaningful to your family.  Your session includes up to 1.5 hours and a personal consultation before the session begins.  We will review clothing options and questions you may have.  The time included allows for breaks if needed.  Natalie loves interacting with your children, helping them to forget the camera and be themselves, capturing the essence of childhood with real expressions.  Expressions that will make you say “yes, that’s my child”.

Deposits are required to reserve your session date and the payment plans are available.  Natalie has tons of very happy clients that would be happy to give you a reference.  Let us help you remember your special day!

Approximately two weeks following your shoot, you will be provided with a personal website to view your images online.  Your website will be available for an entire week, allowing you to look over them at your leisure, with no pressure, and to share them with family and friends.

Please allow 6 weeks for your order to be ready.  Due to the personal nature of these products, refunds are not available.

Please be prepared to place your order by the time your website expires.  Additional hosting time is available for a small fee should a week not be enough time to make a decision.

Portrait Archiving and Re-Orders

Un-ordered images will be purged after 30 days.  Ordered images will remain archived for 5 years.  All re-orders are subject to a retrieval fee and require a minimum print order.
